    花卷

                      这次回国,买了蒸笼回来。于是和面食就较上劲了,天天做,呵呵,成果还是喜人的。现在的馒头,花卷,汤包都得到了老公的赞许!说是:“口感很好,味道也很稳定!”
     
                      体会:做东西还是用秤比较好,一开始,也许觉得麻烦,但时间长了,就发现,不用动脑子,做出来的东西都很好吃,而且不太容易失败。
